This is the foundation course and deals with EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques and requires no previous knowledge to attend. Intro.To MET will normally be held each month at Ashtara Awareness Centre, Exbury or can be arranged in house at a venue arranged by you.

It is a prerequisite for Practitioner training to have taken this course or suitable equivalent.

Practitioner of Meridian Therapies (Level 2 EFT)

Professional qualification which will enable you to use EFT effectively with your clients. It is expected that you will already be a practicing therapist in a relevant field. This 2 day intensive workshop will provide you with the practical skills to use this powerful technique. Certification of suitable candidates by the AMT is conditional on the submission of case studies and written exam (this is an open book exam and as such the standard of submissions is expected to reflect the quality required for professional status).
Courses will usually be held every other month at Ashtara Awareness Centre in Exbury

Advanced Practitioner of Meridian Therapies.

This is a 2 day workshop in which you can deepen your knowledge of METs, discuss with others any issues you may have from practicing and experience some of the other MET techniques such as EmoTrance, Tapas Acqupressure Technique and BSFF.

EmoTrance Practitioner

EmoTrance is a new, different, easy and powerful MET which is taught over a 2 day workshop of mostly practical work. Day 1 can be taken alone for personal use, but practitioner certification requires both days to be completed. Courses will run every quarter at Ashtara Awareness Centre, Exbury or at your own venue.

Peer Support/Supervision for MET Practitioners

Meetings held every other month on a Saturday afternoon organized by Therapist Support Network will give practitioners of different Mets the opportunity to discuss all issues that can arise from practicing therapy and learn about new techniques, practice and network with other professionals
