I work mainly with peri to post menopausal women around compulsive eating, weight loss, relationship & sexual issues, anxiety, stress, burnout and insomnia. I also help people with depression, addictions, lack of confidence, OCD, fears,phobias, body dysmorphia, PTSD and finding meaning and purpose in their lives.

I practice Rapid Transformational Therapy which is a compact 2 hour process done under hypnosis designed to get the root of your issues using regressionand ‘role/function/purpose’ techniques. All designed to give you massive clarity on WHY your issues are prevalent. We then do an ‘untethering’ process designed to enable you let go of what’s been holding you back and an ‘installation’ process (including Command Cell Therapy) design to re-install new language into your sub conscious mind and directly into the ‘brain’ of your cells. RTT was designed and developed my Marisa Peer and is taking the world by storm.

If you decide to work with me, in addition to hypnotherapy you also receive coaching. This means that you use the whole brain (the conscious and the sub conscious). I believe this is much more effective that using just hypnotherapy or coaching alone.

I believe in the client/therapist alliance, that’s why as part of your treatment with me, you get support every step of the way.

I have over 20 years experience in the field of mentoring, coaching & therapy combined. I am a certified and clinical hypnotherapy and an advanced Rapid Transformational Therapist. I’m also a singing teacher with a First Class BA Hons in Professional Musicianship.

I’ve always been self employed and in private practice. I’ve been teaching voice and singing since 2000 along with meditation and mindfulness. In 2017 I became a certified hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist. I’m also the founder of Inspiring Talks Brighton. I’m a life long learner always keeping my knowledge up to date. I’ve given a signature talk alongside world class nutritionist Marilyn Glenville and speak regularly on subjects like anxiety, personal growth and personal fulfilment. I also founded my vintage harmony trio “Blaker and The Bombshells.”

Most people require only one session but some people require up to 3 especially where there are multiple issues at play.

I offer session at my home in Kemptown Brighton or via Zoom.
Consultations are FREE and last 30 - 45 mins and they are done by phone.
Standard RTT sessions are 2 hours, plus when you work with me I offer you support every step of the way.
