Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful hybrid therapy claiming unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. RTT was developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has fine-tuned this method over 30 years. I was personally trained by Marisa in the UK and am a certified Advanced Hypnotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Using RTT, in around a 90 minute session my goal is to rapidly and gently uncover the meaning and purpose of your deep rooted phobia, self-imposed protections, and even mental trauma manifesting as physical pain, leading to why you are being held back in your career, have a debilitating lack of confidence, a fear of confrontation, addiction, self-sabotage, weight gain or draining depression or anxiety attacks.

I will gently guide you into your own mind, helping you understand how deeply buried past events have affected you, thereby recognising, understanding and addressing the cause and thereby moving towards permanent, powerful and rapid transformation!

My expectation is that you will finally be able to reach the shining light within you and achieve all that you have wanted. You will have clarity. You will assess situations with confidence and positivity.

I offer a free, no obligation initial phone consultation of up to 30mins.
Standard sessions tend to take 90-120 minutes.
I provide a bespoke and personalised hypnosis recording for every client.
I also provide virtual support for 21 days following the session.
I hold a number of subject specific hypnotherapy workshops during the year.
